Marketing Praktikant/in (M/F/X)

We’re looking for a curious, hands-on marketing enthusiast who’s excited to learn, grow, and contribute to one of Europe’s leading startup events. You bring creative ideas to the table, love digital tools, and have a strong interest in startups, storytelling, and community.

• Support the planning and execution of marketing and PR campaigns for Bits & Pretzels events

• Assist in managing social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X)

• Support smooth on-site event operations
‍
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
‍
‍• Help coordinate newsletters and email campaigns (copy, visuals, audience segmentation)
‍
• Assist in community management and engagement with founders, partners & attendees

• Help with administrative tasks related to marketing and event production

•Collaborate closely with the design, sales, and event teams to ensure brand consistency

• Currently studying or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• Basic understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and analytics

• Interest in the startup ecosystem and/or event industry is a big plus
