The Festival lasts for 3 days from 29 September- 1 October 2025.
The first two days happen at the ICM Munich - the international congress center of the Messe Munich (Messegelände, 81823 München).
At the third day 7,500 attendees gather at the original Munich Oktoberfest at Festhalle Schottenhamel for the Table Captain networking.
Unfortunately, the tickets are non-refundable. Yes, you can, and most of the meetings are booked already prior to the event, right after we’ve opened our Matchmaking Tool (will go live up to 4 weeks before the event).
Our Matchmaking tool allows you to:
- Discover any registered visitor, startup or investor, based on your search criteria
- Book and manage meetings
- Have meetings with prospective attendees in the Meeting Area.
- Chat with people prior to the meetings
Journalist tickets are intended for journalists and editorial members of the press. We have a limited number of passes available, and therefore prioritize outlets with a significant following and journalists who show a track record of writing about startups, technology, or venture capital.
Freelancers, podcasters, bloggers, and other individual contributors are also welcome to apply but will be screened more thoroughly for relevance.
Please apply here: Accreditation Form
Communications and PR professionals and non-editorial employees of media companies are kindly advised to purchase an Attendee Pass.
